The 2008 California Wage & Benefit survey results are now available as a complimentary service to Western Growers' members. The survey was conducted by the Farm Employers Labor Service (FELS^SM), Western Growers and seven other ag organizations in collaboration with UC Cooperative Extension at UC Berkeley to provide a market reference for growers and FLC's making wage and benefit decisions. Thank you to those members who participated in this year's survey! Your cooperation in completing the survey form helped to make the tabulated results more useful for everybody. We hope that all members who find the results to be useful will participate in the 2009 Wage & Benefit Survey.
